I have severe asthma, I have been sick for four months and literally imprisoned in my own house. I chose this company based on the information provided on their web site. Cameron is the senior technician that came out to talk with me initially. He was courteous, communicated very well, his overall demeanor encouraged me to pull the trigger and go with Pure Airways. Cameron showed up with a courtesy call first, 30 minutes later they were working in my house. They did everything he said they would. The air is definitely cleaner in the house. There is no smell of dirt. I believe I can move forward at healing. This company is great and Cameron made me feel like Pureairways actually cared about me. I’m so glad I found Pure Airways for my duct cleaning! We were needing our ducts cleaned after a renovation when we moved into old house we purchased. The vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, if ever. I had contacted several hvac duct cleaning companies and a lot of them felt very scammy. I got some quotes that were absurd. Devon from Pure Airways was very professional and I could tell was not looking to take advantage of us like some of the other companies I talked to. He just wanted to make sure we lived in a clean house. Throughout the whole process with scheduling, getting a quote, and follow-up, I have felt very taken care of by Pure Airways. The guys did a fantastic job. All my ducts were cleaned with the exception of the ducts at the end of our house that had mold and in disrepair (35 year old ducts). They showed me the damage visually with photos and provided me with a competitive bid for the cleaning and replacement of the ducts that I could compare to other companies. The front office was very effective working with me on the bid and communicating with me to set up a time that was convenient for the work to be done. The price was fair, and the work and cleanup were done to my satisfaction. As all of my family suffers from allergies, I appreciate the work they did to relieve us of a potential hazard in our home. These guys did a great job! They were thorough, polite, and took the time to explain all they were doing every step of the way. They were sure to cover and protect all of our furniture and vacuumed each room as they finished. Our air ducts are super clean and we noticed an improvement in our air quality and circulation immediately. They also cleaned our dryer vent, it was amazing (and frightening) what they cleared out of our dryer duct, which I clean fairly regularly. Finding mold in our A/C was miserable, but I am so so glad I found these guys to fix it. Heather & Jamie were super easy to work with and fantastic at overseeing everything. Devon, who provided the quote and did the actual mold mitigation, is such an all-star. Super communicative and reliable. And really good at what he does - gave me a few options, educated me along the way, and took care of everything in just one day. Cameron and his crew came to my house to address the issues we have been having with a lot of dust, they came in and assesd the situation with full detail and explained everything with our air systems..After a very thorough inspection and after being approved ( due to professionalism and honesty) they scheduled us and took care of the job.Honestly I can say they have made a wonderful difference to our air quality and dust issues! I just purchased my home and at the last minute decided to have the air ducts, dryer duct and chimney cleaned before we moved in. I called Pure Airways and they send someone over that day to look things over and send an estimate. the tech sent clear photos of the what he saw and the price was acceptable. They were able to get me on the schedule and take care of everything before the house was full of furniture and barking dogs! Devon, Kyle and Johnathan just finished a 12 day job of mold and mycotoxin remediation inside our home, crawlspace and ductwork. Before I began searching for a team to do this work I spent 2 weeks researching proper remediation techniques from some of the top mold/mycotoxin inspectors in the country for mold-sensitive people. I was so impressed with the team, their knowledge and their work. Devon took several phone calls from me to answer all of my questions before and during the job so I felt confident in what was included in the proposal. The icing on the cake was when they came in on the final day and discovered some water issues resulting from the home being under construction and a massive rain storm the night before. They were quick to act, helped us avoid a big mess and went above and beyond what they had been contracted to do to help us out. We had Pure Airways come out to our home in Preston Hollow (75225) for a full air duct cleaning and sanitization, and the results were incredible. The team arrived right on time, explained every step of the HVAC cleaning process, and even showed us before-and-after photos from inside the ducts. Since the service, we’ve noticed fewer allergies and better airflow throughout the house. This was way more thorough than any other company we’ve used in the past. I had my HVAC sanitized and downstairs ducts replaced and some vents replaced. Cameron, the project lead, was always very courteous, explained everything very well and responsive to make sure all of my needs and requests were handled. In addition, some cutouts in my drywall and ceiling needed to happen. Matching the texture and paint is always a high concern for me and surprisingly, they did a very good job. The guys from Pure Airways came out the same week I called for a dryer vent that wasn’t properly vented in the attic and a replacement of the roof vent (also not the proper vent). They cleaned the dryer vent when they were there, which hadn’t been cleaned in 30 years and cleaned out the lint from the attic as the dryer vent was essentially vented up to the attic. All of the work was done quickly and they arrived on time and sent me videos of the work since I had to leave to go back to my office. Really appreciate the work that they did. ~ Mitch J

We had a phenomenal experience with Pure Airways. We had already had another HVAC company look at the mold growing out of our vent, and they tried to upsells us on all kinds of stuff. The Pure Airways team were so straightforward, knowledgeable, and just took care of the problem exactly as we needed. They were easy to schedule with and pay our bill. We live in an older remodeled house with floor vents and they were so gross, I had no idea - dog hair, mold, even trash from the remodel! Cameron and his awesome team of guys came in and were absolute perfectionists! So professional, they worked hard all day to make sure they were all so clean they were sparkling. We have been dealing with temperature issues in a first floor master bedroom for years. Our HVAC company could not diagnose the problem or help, despite multiple visits. I have really bad allergies so I found these guys on-line back in June 2018. They came out and noticed my AC unit in the attic space was banged up, fixed it for free. Then I just called them to come out and clean the vents for my business a few days ago. They were able to make an appointment with me within 3 days. Great job, now I'm breathing clean air. Cameron, was awesome he explained everything he thought was needed, took pictures of the vents before to show how much build up was there. He was willing to clean the vent covers However they were so dirty, I bought new ones. He helped me measure the vents. He and DeMarcus cleaned,sprayed then took pictures of the vents afterwards. Very responsive and easy to work with. Devon from Pure Airways communicated what they were going to do and needed to remove the mold and kept us updated daily through the abatement process. They took care of our home and were respectful of our working from home schedule. Excellent results with retesting showing these rooms free from mold and cleanest air in the house. I had air dust cleaning service last Sunday, May 22,2016, and have to say the cleaning crew are very professional: not only did they complete their cleaning service, but also they used their professional judgement identified the issues of my A/C motors which was installed upside down and provided some recommendations. My dryer vent was clogged, so I got quotes from several DFW companies to see what it would cost. Pure Airways came in the cheapest, so I scheduled them to come out. They were available NEXT DAY! They showed up right on time and were done within 30 minutes. Fantastic service!
